These recipes, all contain Puree as a major wild food ingredient.

A Purée is either a smooth sauce of a paste made from various ingredients (though usually vegetables). It's also the final result of the process of puréeing. These days a purée can be made very quickly with a hand blender or a food processor, but the traditional method of making them is to push the ingredients through a fine sieve with the back of a spoon.
