This is basically a tear and share garlic bread made from pizza dough that’s loaded with garlic and cooked with a garlicky topping. For this recipe you will need a pizza pan that fits your air fryer. I’m using my ‘perfect pizza dough’ as the basis here.
Ingredients:
250g
perfect pizza dough
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbspp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tsp garlic chives, finely snipped
2 Tsp Garlic Puree
Salt and freshly-ground black Pepper
Method:
Whilst you are making the pizza dough work in the three minced garlic cloves. When the dough is done, tear it into portions, shape into balls and arrange in a pizza pan that fits in your air fryer.
Using the tines of a fork prick all over the top of the dough balls then combine the olive oil, garlic chives and garlic puree in a small bowl or ramekin. Spoon this over the bread then season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Air fry for 10 minutes at 160°C/320°F.
Bring the pan to the table and allow your guests to break off pieces of the bread.
This is great as a starter accompanied by a chilled glass of tart white wine.
