Welcome to the summary page for FabulousFusionFood's Cook's Guide entry for Noodles along with all the Noodles containing recipes presented on this site, with 63 recipes in total.

This is a continuation of an entire series of pages that will, I hope, allow my visitors to better navigate this site. As well as displaying recipes by name, country and region of origin I am now planning a whole series of pages where recipes can be located by meal type and main ingredient. This page gives a listing of all the Noodles recipes added to this site.

These recipes, all contain Noodles as a major wild food ingredient.

Noodles are a type of pasta made with flour, water and often eggs that are cut into thin strips. Noodles are used extensively in Far Eastern cuisine to accompany soups, sauces and stir-fried dishes. Unlike pasta which is generally made of durum wheat noodles are made form the flour that is the staple for the area of their production. As a result they can be made from heat flour, mung bean flour, buckwheat flour, potato flour or rice flour.
