These recipes, all contain Knead as a major wild food ingredient.

This is the process of working a dough either by hand (or these days with an electric dough hook). The process aerates and makes the gluten proteins more elastic and produces a smoother dough. It also evenly incorporates air and any additional ingredients at the same time. Kneading times will vary according to the recipe and can be anything from five to twenty minutes.
