Welcome to FabulousFusionFood's Modern Recipes Page — With over 6000 recipes on this site, a way is always needed to sub-divide and catalogue them so they can be found readily. I've already catalogued recipes that are reconstructed Ancient Recipes; Ancient Roman Recipes; Medieval Recipes; Elizabethan Recipes; Stuart Recipes; Georgian Recipes and Victorian Recipes to cover historical periods up to the 20th Century. There is also a separate Traditional Recipes to cover those recipes that various cultures consider traditional to their culture. Fusion Recipes cover those recipes that arose through the combination of ingredients, techniques and flavours melded together from disparate cultures. This page covers those recipes that arose in more recent times.

As this site also has a large section for wild food and recipes many of these will be modern recipes, essentially traditional dishes or newly-minted fusion dishes designed to make the most of the wild food. Other modern recipes are my own adaptations and updating of other recipes from across the globe and across time. Other recipes have had modern twists added to them. Modern recipes would also include dishes that have been adapted to be cooked in modern appliances such as air fryers, microwaves, crockpots/slow cookers and pressure cookers.

The alphabetical list of all the Modern recipes on this site follows, (limited to 100 recipes per page). There are 1608 recipes in total:
