These recipes, all contain Nori as a major wild food ingredient.

Nori are the thin sheets of Porphyra sp. seaweed (laver) sed in Japanese cooking for wrapping sushi. Though dark greeen is the most common version it can also come in black, purple and dark red varieties. Nori can also be crumbled as a topping to spups or as a garnish for fish, vegetable and meat dishes.
