This page gives a listing of all the Noodles recipes added to this site.

These recipes, all contain Noodles as a major wild food ingredient.

Noodles are a type of pasta made with flour, water and often eggs that are cut into thin strips. Noodles are used extensively in Far Eastern cuisine to accompany soups, sauces and stir-fried dishes. Unlike pasta which is generally made of durum wheat noodles are made form the flour that is the staple for the area of their production. As a result they can be made from heat flour, mung bean flour, buckwheat flour, potato flour or rice flour.
