These recipes, all contain Herbes de Provence as a major wild food ingredient.

Herbes de Provence is a classic mixture of heady herbs from the south of France that can be made from any combination of: basil, thyme, oregano, marjoram, bay, sage, rosemary and summer savory (though some recipes use lavender, orange peel, rose petals and other ingredients. These herbs provide an essential Mediterranean flavour for meats, game, poultry and tomato-based dishes.
