This page gives a listing of all the Whipping Cream recipes added to this site.

These recipes, all contain Whipping Cream as a major wild food ingredient.

Whipping Cream is a lighter version of standard double cream and which has a fat content of at least 35% (which is the minimum amount to allow the cream to stay firm once beaten). The fat globules within the cream trap air when they are whisked and it's this that creates the characteristic light and fluffy texture of whipped cream. As a result it makes and excellent topping for many kinds of desserts and puddings.
