Mas Huni

Ingredients:

400g (2 tins) tinned tuna
100g freshly-grated coconut
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 green chillies, chopped
1 lime
salt, to taste

Method:

In a mortar, crush together the onion and chillies with the lime juice and a little salt.

Add the coconut and tuna then pound to combine. Season to taste with salt.

Serve this mixture with huni roshi.
