The Virgin Mary is the classic non-alcoholic version of the traditional Bloody Mary long drink cocktail.
Ingredients:
120ml Tomato Juice
20ml Lemon juice
dash (0.6ml) Worcestershire sauce
dash (0.6ml) Tabasco sauce
celery salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
Ice Cubes
Garnishes:
Leafy Celery Stick
Lemon Wedge (optional)
Serving Glass
Highball
Method:
Add the Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco Sauce, celery salt and black pepper to a highball glass then fill with the tomato juice, lemon juice and ice. Add the celery stick and stir then garnish with a lemon wedge (if desired) and serve.
