Salata Hara is the perfect quick accompaniment to grilled meats, a refreshing side dish for a hearty meal, or even a zesty topping for your favourite dishes.
Ingredients:
1 small Red Onion
1 large Ripe tomato (basically double the amount of tomato to onion)
1 Long fresh Green Chilli (or to taste)
2 tbsp Fresh coriander
1 tbsp Distilled White Vinegar
1⁄2 tsp Mild chilli powder
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt (To taste)
Method:
Cut the onion, tomato and green chilli to large chunks and add to your food processor. Process by pulsing for a few seconds until it's finely chopped but not too finely pureed.
Now add in the coriander, vinegar, and chilli powder. Process again in pulses, until everything is uniformly blended.
Add in the olive oil and season with salt to taste.
