Method:

Wash and dry the apples then insert a lolly stick or trimmed chopstick into each one.

Prepare a bain-marie (double boiler) over simmering water then add the peanut butter toffee, cocoa powder, icing sugar and oil. Stir constantly until the toffee has melted and the mixture is smooth. Take off the heat then dip the apples in the mixture and twirl to remove any excess.

Roll hale the apple in the pants, chocolate chips or toffee pieces then sit on greaseproof paper and allow to cool. Repeat the process with the remaining apples.
