This page gives a listing of all the Soba Noodles recipes added to this site.
These recipes, all contain Soba Noodles as a major wild food ingredient.
Soba Noodles are traditional grey-brown Japanese noodles made from buckwheat. They are traditionally used in soups (especially Soba which derives its name from them) but can also be used in stir-fries, though they should be handled gently when stir-fried as they break apart easily.
