Welcome to the summary page for FabulousFusionFood's Cook's Guide entry for Semolina along with all the Semolina containing recipes presented on this site, with 57 recipes in total.

This is a continuation of an entire series of pages that will, I hope, allow my visitors to better navigate this site. As well as displaying recipes by name, country and region of origin I am now planning a whole series of pages where recipes can be located by meal type and main ingredient. This page gives a listing of all the Semolina recipes added to this site.

These recipes, all contain Semolina as a major wild food ingredient.

Semolina is an Italian staple. It's a coarse pale-yellow flour ground from hard durum wheat used to make traditional pasta. Semolina can also be used to make pizza, bread and gnocchi and is added to biscuits to improve their texture.

The name also refers to a British milk pudding where the semolina is cooked slowly in milk and sweetened with sugar. It can be served like porridge with a spoonful of honey or jam stirred through or topped with fresh or dried fruit.

The alphabetical list of all Semolina recipes on this site follows, (limited to 100 recipes per page). There are 57 recipes in total:
