These recipes, all contain Fold as a major wild food ingredient.

Folding is the process of mixing ingredients (often whipped egg whites) into other ingredients (like flour) with a gentle lifting motion rather than any vigorous stirring. The aim being to avoid, as far as possible, the beating out of any trapped air during the mixing process.
