The Virgin Bull cocktail is a traditional non-alcoholic cocktail based on the classic Bull Shot Cocktail.

Ingredients:

40ml tomato juice
40ml Beef bouillon (chilled)
10ml Fresh lemon juice
a few dashes Worcestershire sauce (about 3ml)
a few dashes Tabasco sauce (between 0.5ml and 3ml)
salt and freshly-ground black pepper
ice cubes

Garnishes:
celery salt

Serving Glass
Tall glass

Method:

Pour the tomato juice, beef bouillon and lemon juice into a highball with ice cubes. Add the Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce then season with salt and black pepper. Stir to combine, garnish with celery salt and serve. As an alternative, this cocktail can also be served hot in cold weather.
