This is a version of classic Tunisian harissa that's used as a table condiment.
Ingredients:
6 tsp harissa
5 tsp water
3 tsp olive oil
3 tsp freshly-squeezed lemon juice
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to blend thoroughly. Transfer to a serving dish and place on the table as an accompaniment to any Tunisian or North African meal.
