Ingredients:

1 tbsp chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp ground dried lime zest (loomi)
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp freshly-grated nutmeg
1 tsp ground coriander seeds
1/2 tsp saffron threads
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin

Method:

Combine all the spices in a bowl and combine well. Transfer to a lidded jar and store until needed.
