Ingredients:

50ml Vodka
25ml lime juice
ginger beer
crushed ice

Garnishes:

Slice of Lime
Sprig of Mint

Combine the vodka and lime juice over crushed ice in a cocktail shaker then shake to chill. Half-fill a champagne flute with crushed ice then strain in the vodka and lime juice mix. Top with ginger beer, garnish with a slice of lime and serve.
