Prepare the marinade by mixing the onion, parsley, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, ground coriander and cumin together. Mix together the beef and suet and place in a large dish. Pour the marinade over the top of the beef and suet and allow to marinate for several hours.
Alternately thread four cubes of beef and three cubes of suet onto a metal or bamboo skewer. Grill on a barbecue or cook under a grill, turning frequently and basting occasionally with the marinade.
To serve, place one kebab on a plate and garnish with tomato slices and parsley sprigs.
