Ingredients:
4 coconut crabs
oil for brushing
salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
Method:
Pre-heat your barbecue.
Clean and prepare the crabs, cutting the legs and claws into pieces. Brush lightly with oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Once your barbecue is hot, brush oil on the grill then add the coconut crab pieces. Cook for about 8 minutes, turning frequently until the crab turns red and is cooked through.
