Ingredients:

20g fresh coriander leaves, chopped
20g fresh mint, chopped
1 green chilli
12mm piece of ginger
½ teaspoon cumin powder (optional)
2 small garlic cloves, peeled
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
2–3 tbsp water or as needed

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process to a smooth paste.

Transfer the chutney to a air tight container, it will stay fresh for 10 days in the refrigerator.
