Ingredients:
1Kg Chicken cut into pieces
2 tbsp Cooking oil
1 large Onion chopped
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
3 tbsp bottle masala
2 large Tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp Lemon juice or vinegar
250ml Water
1/2 tsp Salt

Place a wok, skillet or pan over medium heat. Once hot add the oil and use to fry the onions for 2 minutes until translucent. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook, stirring, for another minute.
Next, add the tomatoes and bottle masala. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more, until fragrant.
Now, add the chicken and fry for 3 to 4 minutes, until the chicken is no longer pink. Then add the lemon juice and water and season with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and you see oil on the surface of the curry.
Taste and adjust seasoning (salt, pepper or lemon juice) as required.
