I love kebabs, and the combination of skewered meat, pita breads and salad makes an excellent and quick supper. Combine the kebabs with rice or couscous and a sauce so you have a much more substantial meal.
Ingredients:
500g (1 lb) Minced (ground) Lamb
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Mixed Spice
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Mixed Herbs
½ tsp Tandoori Seasoning
Bamboo skewers, soaked for 20 minutes in water

Take a skewer and shape the meat mixture into sausage forms around the skewer. (Note that you don’t have to use skewers, you can shape into sausages and set these directly in the air-fryer basket.)
Transfer directly to your air fryer basket, making sure that they are not touching one another, so that they have the space to cook without sticking together.
Cook for 8 minutes at 180C (360F) then turn over and cook for 8 minutes on the other side.
Serve warm with your favourite dipping sauce and/or with flatbreads.
