125g cooked ham, cut in thin strips (roast pork can be substituted)
2 medium spring onions, chopped
Method:
Begin by preparing the wantons. Place in boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the pastry parcels float. Drain in a colander and cool under copious running water.
Add the stock, water and soy sauce to a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the wontons and cook for about 5 minutes, or until heated through. Add ham and onions and continue cooking until they are heated through (about 5 minutes). Serve immediately.
