Stuffed Morels is a traditional American recipe for a classic dish of morel mushrooms stuffed with a mix of crab meat, eggs, oil, mayonnaise, onion and breadcrumbs that are oven baked before serving. Combine the crabmeat, egg, salad oil, mayonnaise, onions, lemon juice and half the breadcrumbs together in a bowl. Use this mixture to fill the insides of the morels. Place in an oven-proof dish then mix the butter and remaining breadcrumbs together and sprinkle on top.
Place in an oven pre-heated to 180°C (350°F/Gas Mark 4) and bake for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
