Ingredients:

4 tbsp fine sea salt
1 tsp cornflour
1 tbsp smoked paprika
5 tsp cayenne pepper
4 tsp garlic salt
4 tsp ground black pepper
2 1⁄2 tsp celery salt
2 tsp ground mustard
1 1⁄2 tsp ground basil
1 1⁄2 tsp ground sage
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground white pepper
1⁄2 tsp dried oregano, finely crumbled
1⁄2 tsp ground thyme
1/2 tsp dried basil, finely crumbled
1/2 tsp ground allspice

Method:

Combine all the above ingredients in a resealable container. Seal securely with a lid then shake until all the ingredients are well combined.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture. The mixture should keep for up to three months.
