Salsa Rosada (Colombian Pink Sauce) is a traditional Colombian recipe for a sauce typically served with seafood made from a blend of mayonnaise, ketchup, lime juice and hot sauce. Ingredients:
120ml (½ cup) mayonnaise
60ml (¼ cup) tomato ketchup
¼ tsp fresh lime juice
Salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
¼ tsp Tabasco or your favourite hot sauce (or to taste)

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Season to taste with salt and freshly-ground black pepper.
