Ingredients:
500g macaroni (or other tubular pasta)
150g grated hard goat's cheese
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
200ml mayonnaise
300g cooked tuna (fried fresh is best, but tinned can be used), flaked
Method:
Bring a pan of salted water to a boil, add the macaroni and cook for about 8 minutes, or until tender. Drain, turn into a bowl then mix in the butter to prevent pasta from sticking.
In a bowl, beat together the olive oil and white wine vinegar. Mix in the mayonnaise and season with salt and black pepper. Add the flaked tuna and mix to combine then stir in the pasta.
Turn into a baking dish then sprinkle over the grated cheese. Place in an oven pre-heated to 180°C and cook for about 20 minutes, or until heated through and golden brown on top. Serve hot.
