Orange Ice Cream is a traditional British recipe for a classic orange-flavoured ice cream made with whipped cream that's served with wafers and orange segments. The full recipe is presented here and I hope you enjoy this classic British version of: Orange Ice Cream.
Whip the cream in a clean bowl until it just holds its shape. Stir in half the orange juice then add the remainder a little at a time. Add just enough sugar so the mixture tastes slightly over-sweet then freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Alternatively pour into a plastic box and set in the freezer. Stir the mixture every 20 minutes until half frozen then allow to freeze completely until hard.
