This classic Mexican salsa is zesty, fresh, and so, so, easy to make. Enjoy it as a dip with tortilla chips, or serve it with Mexican dishes like tacos and enchiladas.
Ingredients:
200g fresh tomatoes, diced, 3 to 4 small tomatoes
120g white onion, diced
10g fresh coriander, chopped
4 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 jalapeño chilli, stemmed and diced
½ teaspoon sea salt (plus more to taste)
Method:
In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the tomatoes, onion, coriander, lime juice, garlic, jalapeño, and salt. Season to taste. Chill until ready to use.
