Hot-diggedy Dogs is a modern British recipe for a classic snack of pork sausages with onions and tomato relish wrapped in a tortilla parcel that makes an excellent snack for Bonfire Night. The full recipe is presented here and I hope you enjoy this classic British version of: Hot-diggedy Dogs.

Ingredients:
6 large pork sausages
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 large onion, sliced
1 tsp yellow mustard seeds
6 large flour tortillas
2 tbsp tomato relish
sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper
Method:
Place the oil in a small roosting tin then set in an oven pre-heated to 180&x00B0;C and allow to heat up for 2 minutes. Remove from the oven and add the sausages. Turn to coat in the oil then return to the oven and roast for 10 minutes.
After this time, push the sausages to the outside of the tin and add the onions to the middle. Sprinkle the mustard seeds over the onion slices and season with salt and black pepper. Turn to coat in the hot oil then return to the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes (or until the onions are golden brown).
Separate the tortillas and briefly warm in the oven (or heat in a dry frying pan). When ready, place a sausage and some of the onion slices in the centre of each one. Top with a tablespoon of the relish then fold the bottom over and roll the tortillas to make a pocket with the sausage in the middle. Wrap in paper napkins and serve immediately.
