Ingredients:

330ml cream of mushroom soup (tinned is fine)
120ml milk
1 tsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
800g cooked and trimmed green beans (steam or boil)
200g onions, shredded and deep fried until crisp

Method:

Combine the soup, milk and soy sauce in a 2l casserole or baking dish. Stir in the green beans and 100g of the onions.

Transfer the dish to an oven pre-heated to 180°C and bake for 25 minutes, or until the bean mixture is hot and the liquid is bubbling. Sprinkle the remaining onions over the top then return to the oven and bake for a further 5 minutes, or until the top of the dish is golden brown.
