Ingredients:

12 chocolate sandwich biscuits (eg Bourbons)
250ml double cream
240g cream cheese, softened
150g granulated sugar
450g tinned pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix
3 medium bananas, cut into 6mm thick slices
candy corn

Method:

Process the biscuits in a food processor to yield fine crumbs then set aside. In a bowl, beat the double cream until you have stiff peaks then set aside.

Now beat together the cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add the pumpkin purée and the pumpkin pie spice and mix thoroughly then fold in the whipped cream and the banana pieces until thoroughly blended.

Divide the resultant mixture into each of 8 dessert glasses (or large ramekins) and use a spatula to flatten the tops. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of the biscuit crumbs over the top then cover each glass with clingfilm and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.

Just before bringing to the table arrange a few pieces of candy corn over the top.
