Garlic and Chives Sauce is a modern Fusion recipe for a classic dipping sauce of garlic and chives in a mayonnaise, Greek yoghurt and sour cream base flavoured with curry powder. The full recipe is presented here and I hope you enjoy this classic Fusion version of: Garlic and Chives Sauce.

Ingredients:
160ml mayonnaise
8 tbsp Greek-style yoghurt
6 tbsp sour cream
4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
2 large garlic cloves, minced or grated
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp dried oregano, crumbled
1/4 tsp onion powder
generous dash of hot sauce
salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
Method:
Combine the mayonnaise, yoghurt and sour cream in a bowl. Add the lemon juice then stir in the chives and garlic. Finally add the curry powder, oregano, olive oil, onion powder and hot sauce. Season to taste then stir well to combine.
Serve chilled. This dipping sauce makes and excellent accompaniment to any grilled or barbecued meats.
