Ingredients:

250ml tomato catsup
100g brown sugar
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
450g Frankfurters, cut into 3cm lengths

Method:

Combine the catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard and garlic in a crockpot. Cover and cook on high for about 20 minutes, or until blended.

Add the frankfurters and stir to coat with the sauce. Cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through then transfer to a serving bowl.

Serve with toothpicks or cocktail sticks.
