Ingredients:
220g Graham cracker (or digestive biscuit) crumbs
180g dark chocolate morsels
70g chopped pecan nuts
320ml sweetened condensed milk
Method:
Grease a 20cm diameter microwave-safe baking dish.
In a bowl, combine the biscuit (cookie) crumbs, chocolate morsels and pecan nuts in the base of the dish. Stir to combine then pour over the condensed milk. Mix again then spread the mixture evenly.
Place in your microwave (1200W) and cook on high power for 6 minutes (the chocolate will melt). Remove from the microwave and set aside to cool. Cut into squares and serve.
