Candy Corn Brownie Pizza is a modern American recipe for a classic Halloween dish of chocolate brownie base cooked in a pizza pan that's topped with chocolate icing and decorated with candy corn which is cut into wedges to serve. The full recipe is presented here and I hope you enjoy this classic American version of: Candy Corn Brownie Pizza.
Combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil and water in a bowl and stir until smooth then fold in the peanuts. turn the mixture into a 30cm diameter pizza pan that's been lightly greased then transfer to an oven pre-heated to 170°C and bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through (when a skewer inserted into the centre emerges cleanly). Set aside to cool completely in the pan.
When the base has cooled spread the icing over the top (leave a 1cm border clear) then decorate with the candy corn. Slice into wedges and serve.
