Brandy Cream

This is an alternate sauce to accompany your Christmas pudding; though it also works well with hot mince pies.

Ingredients:

300ml double cream
1 tbsp caster sugar
2 tbsp brandy

Method:

Whip the cream with the sugar until lightly stiffened then fold in the brandy.

Place in a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
