These recipes, all contain Macédoine as a major wild food ingredient.

There are two meanings to this French culinary term:

1. Small diced mixed vegetables that generally contain some root vegetables. They are often (but not always) dressed with mayonnaise.

2. Sometimes used in reference to fruit, meaning a fruit salad.
