This is a continuation of an entire series of pages that will, I hope, allow my visitors to better navigate this site. As well as displaying recipes by name, country and region of origin I am now planning a whole series of pages where recipes can be located by meal type and main ingredient. This page gives a listing of all the Crudités recipes added to this site.

These recipes, all contain Crudités as a major wild food ingredient.

Crudités are usually raw vegetables that have been sliced or grated and which are served as a starter along with a dip. Crudités can be made from any fresh, seasonal vegetable as long as it's rigid enough to hold the dip. The dip could be just about anything and vinaigrette, garlic mayonnaise, guacamole, salsa, tapenade and humous are common types of dip.
