These recipes, all contain Vol-au-vent as a major wild food ingredient.

A Vol-au-vent is a pastry case made of puff pastry that has high sides and a hollow centre into which a range of fillings can be placed. It is usually served cold as a starter or hors d'oeuvre and can come either with or without a lid.
