These recipes, all contain Profiterole as a major wild food ingredient.

Profiteroles are small pastry buns made with Choux pastry which is filled with Crème pâtissière before being dipped in melted chocolate. They are used to make croquembouche a traditional French wedding cacke that's formed from a cone-shaped tower of profiteroles glazed in caramel. Savoury profiteroles are also made but they invariably include a cream-based sauce eg creamy fish or shellfish.
