These recipes, all contain Navarin as a major wild food ingredient.

Navarin is a classic French lamb or mutton stew with potatoes and root vegetables (usually carrot and/or turnip). Traditionally, this is cooked with cuts of young spring lamb and new vegetables and fresh peas and beans are often added at the end of cooking.
