These recipes, all contain Lassi as a major wild food ingredient.

Lassi is a traditional Indian drink originally made from buttermilk poured into earthenware crocks and flavoured with salt. Today it's most commonly made with thin yoghurt which is sweetened with sugar or rose-water or spiced with cumin.
