This page gives a listing of all the Focaccia recipes added to this site.

These recipes, all contain Focaccia as a major wild food ingredient.

Focaccia is an Italian olive bread. Usually this is flat and is baked either round or in oblongs. The texture is very airy and cake-like and it may be flavoured with garlic, rosemary, sage or basil. Some types of focaccia also contain olives or tapenade within the bread dough.
