These recipes, all contain Cumberland Sauce as a major wild food ingredient.

This is a classic English sauce made from port, orange juice, lemon juice and redcurrant jelly. It is meant to save a thin consistency and served cold goes well with hot or cold ham, cold goose or game, sausages and pâté. It can also be used as the basis for several hot sauces to accompany game.
