I wneud y saws, cyfunwch y cynhwysion mewn sosban, dewch a'r cyfan i ferwi yna gweinwch yn unionsyth gyda phwdin wedi ei stemio.

This is a simple sauce that, traditionally, is served with steamed puddings, especially those containing ginger.

Ingredients:

110g butter
110g dark brown sugar
110g double cream

Method:

To make the sauce combine all the ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. Take off the heat and serve drizzled over a steamed pudding.
