De Senapi (Of Mustard)

De Senapi (Of Mustard) is a traditional Ancient Roman recipe for a sweet mustard, meant for the more common table from Palladius Rutilius Taurus Aemilianus' Opus Agriculturae. This is a very basic mustard made by combining ground mustard with white wine vinegar, honey and olive oil. The full recipe is presented here and I hope you enjoy this classic Ancient Roman version of: Of Mustard (De Senapi).
